My name is Elisa. I was born and raised in Paris. Followed my husband 9 years ago to come live in Thailand, on the small island of Koh Phangan. We live with our dogs Booboo (Mr Bond), Woowoo (Wookie) and our cat Wawa.
Certified 500 hours Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga teacher followed by 50 hours Yin Yoga.
I am currently doing a 95 hours kids yoga training course.
Yoga is not only about physical postures (asanas), it is about your breath, your vibrations, your senses, it is about understanding yourself better and listening to yourself more, it is about connecting to yourself in a deeper level.
It is infinite, between the philosophy, the asanas (postures), the pranayama (breathing exercises), the mantras (chanting), the mudras (hands gestures), etc…

Yoga has helped me in some ways I could not even imagine.
From being more calm and focused, stronger physically but also mentally,
also in terms of objectivity and perspective or even lowering the level of my stress impacting my sleep in a good way too.
But upon all, thanks to Yoga, living fully in the present.
A big part of my life has been about being nostalgic of thee past, thinking about what I have « lost », another part about projecting myself in a future that does not exist and which will probably never will.
Today I am proud to say I am living here and now!
I am fully present in everything I do (well I try my best) and live fully every life experience without comparing it to my past or thinking of a better version in the future.
I just live… and I am happy!
